Booking & Confirmation<\/h2>\n

All bookings made on margysflagship.com, application or on site are considered final and definitive after receipt of a confirmation email.<\/p>\n

As our treatments are personalized and carried out by exclusive appointment, each time slot is specially reserved for you with a dedicated practitioner.<\/p>\n

To guarantee your reservation, a bank confirmation or advance payment may be required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/h2>\n

Secure online payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payments made via the payment link are made using a secure payment system that complies with international standards (SSL encryption and transaction security protocols).
Bank details are managed by a certified service provider, are treated as strictly confidential and are never kept by the establishment.<\/p>\n

Depending on the service booked, payment may be :<\/p>\n

  • a partial deposit,<\/li>\n
  • or full payment upon reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The balance, if any, will be paid on the day of the appointment.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

    Cancellation or modification free of charge
    <\/strong>Cancellations or modifications can be made up to 24 hours before the treatment, free of charge.<\/p>\n

    Late cancellations
    <\/strong>Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booked service.<\/p>\n

    No-show
    <\/strong>In the event of absence without prior notification, the full treatment will be due and billed.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Delay<\/h2>\n

    We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to make the most of your experience.<\/p>\n

    In case of delay :<\/p>\n

    • the duration of the treatment may be reduced,<\/li>\n
    • or the appointment may be cancelled if the schedule does not allow it to be kept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In such cases, the service will remain billable.<\/p>\n

      Product Reservation<\/h2>\n

      Product reservations :<\/p>\n

      • products may be reserved subject to availability.<\/li>\n
      • full payment is required at time of order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Right of withdrawal (Distance selling)<\/h2>\n

        In accordance with the provisions applicable in the Principality of Monaco relating to consumer protection in distance selling:
        The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.<\/p>\n

        Exceptions:
        The right of withdrawal does not apply to :<\/p>\n

        • products unsealed for reasons of hygiene,<\/li>\n
        • opened or used cosmetics,<\/li>\n
        • personalized or specially ordered products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The product must be returned :<\/p>\n

          • not used,<\/li>\n
          • in its original, undamaged packaging,<\/li>\n
          • with proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

            Liability<\/h2>\n

            The establishment cannot be held responsible:<\/p>\n

            • product misuse,<\/li>\n
            • unreported allergies,<\/li>\n
            • delays attributable to shipping carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Gift Cards & Vouchers<\/h2>\n

              Gift cards :<\/p>\n

              • are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash,<\/li>\n
              • are valid according to the date indicated,<\/li>\n
              • must be used within their period of validity,<\/li>\n
              • late cancellations will result in the loss of the corresponding voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Medical Conditions<\/h2>\n

                It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the establishment of any medical condition, allergy or treatment in progress that may affect the procedure.
                The establishment reserves the right to adapt or refuse a service for safety reasons.<\/p>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                Force Majeure<\/h2>\n

                In the event of a situation beyond our control (force majeure), the establishment reserves the right to postpone the service free of charge.<\/p>\n

                 <\/p>\n

                Applicable Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

                The present conditions are governed by Monegasque law.
                In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Principality of Monaco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
