RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made on margysflagship.com, application or on site are considered firm and definitive after receipt of a confirmation email.

As our treatments are personalized and carried out by exclusive appointment, each time slot is specially reserved for you with a dedicated practitioner.

To guarantee your reservation, a bank imprint or advance payment may be required at the time of booking.

 

Terms of payment

Secure online payment

Payments made via the payment link are made using a secure payment system that complies with international standards (SSL encryption and transaction security protocols).
Bank details are managed by a certified service provider, are treated as strictly confidential and are never kept by the establishment.

Depending on the service booked, payment may be :

  • a partial deposit,
  • or full payment upon reservation.

The balance, if any, will be paid on the day of the appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or modification free of charge
Cancellations or modifications can be made up to 24 hours before the treatment, free of charge.

Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booked service.

No-show
In the event of absence without prior notification, the full treatment will be due and billed.

 

Delay

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to make the most of your experience.

In case of delay :

  • the duration of the treatment may be reduced,
  • or the appointment may be cancelled if the schedule does not allow it to be kept.

In such cases, the service will remain billable.

 

Product Reservation

Product reservations :

  • products may be reserved subject to availability.
  • full payment is required at time of order

 

Right of withdrawal (Distance selling)

In accordance with the provisions applicable in the Principality of Monaco relating to consumer protection in distance selling:
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

  • products unsealed for reasons of hygiene,
  • opened or used cosmetics,
  • personalized or specially ordered products.

The product must be returned :

  • not used,
  • in its original, undamaged packaging,
  • with proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Liability

The establishment cannot be held responsible:

  • product misuse,
  • unreported allergies,
  • delays attributable to carriers.

 

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards :

  • are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash,
  • are valid according to the date indicated,
  • must be used within their period of validity,
  • late cancellations will result in the loss of the corresponding voucher.

 

Medical Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the establishment of any medical condition, allergy or treatment in progress that may affect the treatment.
The establishment reserves the right to adapt or refuse a service for safety reasons.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of an event beyond our control (force majeure), the establishment reserves the right to postpone the service free of charge.

 

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The present conditions are governed by Monegasque law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Principality of Monaco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
